How it works

Learn at ease, take your time to make

A session is a series of rounds with the same rhythm: pick something up first, then plenty of time to head out, and only then see each other's photos. No rush — that's where the fun lives.

In short

1

Build your session

Pick what fits your group in a few steps: length, theme and group size. Pay once and get a code right away.

2

Share the code

Everyone opens klyk.nl and joins with your code — on their own phone, nothing to download.

3

Shoot and give stars

Learn at ease, take plenty of time to make, and give stars to each other's photos. At the end, the group crowns a winner.

One round up close

  1. 1

    The tip

    ±10 min

A short video plus reading theory on one technique — light, framing, point of view. Everyone starts with the same knowledge.

  2. 2

    The assignment

One clear theme, like “Self-portrait without a face”. Head out together or each on your own — up to you.

  3. 3

    The shoot

    20–45 min

Plenty of time to search, try, and try again. Easier assignments are shorter, harder ones longer.

  4. 4

    The stars

    ±5 min

Everyone rates each other's photos anonymously, one to five stars.

  5. 5

    The standings

A laugh at the results — then on to the next round.

How much time does it take?

You choose the length while building your session. More time means more assignments — and more packages to choose from.

What you need

A phone with a camera and a browser. That's all. No experience, no gear, no apps — the videos and theory put everyone at the same starting point.
